Deep Blue is a valuable spiritual book and explains a great deal about spitiuality, and self-empowerment and healing. Elsabe Lists and dicscusses the blockages and sickness that occurs in each of the body's organs and physiological systems together with our thinking and the havoc this can play on our health.
My favourite part was the discussion on the clour of eyes and how it reflects part of one's inner state and personality. I'd never thought of it that way before. The description of the neurological was also very interesting, but the notion of being overweight and how healing restores inner balance and creativity which results in one's focus being more healthy, well, I believe this is very true.
I would have given the book a higher rating but for some of the content, which was vague in places. I had to read some of it a few times to gain a full understanding of what was written.Despite that, though, I'd still recommend it as a worthy read.
This book delivers what it promises. It has taught me deep insides about spirituality and healing. I would highly recommend it!
